HOPE IN CHRIST
 The Lyonhearted team carried this cross for 14 miles with 150 people through downtown El Cajon, CA. Everyone on the walk would stop to talk about Jesus to anyone who wanted to listen. Each person was asked a lot of questions about what we were doing and why, which allowed us to talk about Jason, cancer, and bring awareness for the good new of Jesus Christ. |  An image from a drone of the crew that finished the whole Walk For Christ. |  During the walk, Lyonhearted was able to raise awareness and put our faith in Jesus into action. "Then Jesus said to his disciples, "Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow me." Matthew 16:24 This was the theme and symbolism behind the Walk For Christ. |

 The students at Christian High School went on a mission trip to New Orleans this spring break. Lyonhearted provided the funds for them to have sleeping bags and pillows during their trip. When the students left they each gave their pillow and sleeping bag to a homeless person or someone they meet that was in need. This outreach allowed students at CHS to have sleeping arrangements as well as touch the community of New Orleans with Jason's story. |  These are the CHS students that went to Louisiana to share the love of Jesus. They shared Jason's story and what the Lord was able to do in and through him. It was an awesome opportunity for his friends to then use his story to tell others about The Lord. |
